When I set my cruise control as soon as I let go of the grip it disengages. Anybody know what may be going on? It worked fine the last time I used it...
Assuming you are talking about your 2006 FLHTCUI, check your front brake lever, sometimes they get a little weak, allowing them to keep the brake light on.
An easy check is to push it forward, away from the grip, and hold it with the cruise set, if the cruise stays on, that could be your problem.
Was on my '07, I got in the habit of "bumping" it forward with my fingers.
