There are 4 bikes in my group....this morning my spots stopped working ( '05 RK ) and my friends Ultra '07 his spots stopped working too.....we both checked the fuses, they are good in both bikes....anyone have this happen to them?
We stoped by Helena HD, and his lights were checked and were not blown...mine are the sealed kind I didn't bother checking them.
I recently replaced the hand control switches from the black to Chrome, could I have pinched a wire so that the hi/low switch is effecting the spots...i am not experienced but would be wiling to try to get them back on...we just started on a 14 day trip culminating in a week in Sturgis.
Found the issue,
Last month I had my tins painted the idiot that put them back never reconnected the spots to my switch (it was unplugged ) inside the nacelle.
Jeez now adays you can't trust anyone...i just need to be vigilent.
