Loosen the main center bolt on the motor mount ..and.. loosen the two outside bolts on the mount and take it around the block. It won't hurt anything for you to do this and it will allow the mount to find it's so called comfort zone. Tighten everything back to specs. I only torque my center bolt down to about 12ft-lbs. If you still have vibration I suggest trying out the Glide Pro!!!

I just replaced mine on my 06, torqued to 15 ft pounds it does have more vibes at idle, but it it way better then it was once I get moving. Mine was split in half like a bagel. I can deal with the vibes at idle, but I do hope it breaks in.

Try changing the torque to 10-12, I remember with the Glide pro they lowered the torque down to like 9-12 and it took the vibe at idle out for me.
