I recently noticed a very small leak/couple drops of fluid under the clutch cable where it comes from the lower right housing on my '05 FLHT. It looks like the mesh that covers the cable housing has rubbed open or torn a bit. When it has leaked, it's only been a tiny amount, maybe the size of a pea or so.
I'm guessing that either the actual cable housing has a slit/leak in it or the gasket in the clutch cover housing is bad. I've had no issues shifting or any tranny problems, but it needs to get taken care of. Thoughts?
there is an O ring at the end of the clutch cable- may need replacement.
