Why so cheap
So my dealer has a 2014 Street Glide with 6,400 miles on it. It was first listed a $19,999 and dropped to 16,998 over the last 3 months. Went in last night to check it out. Rides great, but there is a little fading of the plastic around the radio but other than that super clean bike. Offered me $18,656 OTD. I guess my question is would there be any reason y they would go so low on this bike.
Perhaps they are trying to move the new 2015 out before the 2016's get there and the older used bikes are also selling for less to make room

Maybe because a new 2015 SG zero miles is $20.5k. Might be able to buy new leftover for $18k.
That 2014 is 2 model years old. Does it have warranty left? I don't see a deal at $17k.

Bad color, scratches, noisy motor, bad tires, goofed up by the previous owner? You will have to determine that important question.
The next step is they call the wholesale guy who comes by with his trailer and tells them what he will give for the vehicle. Then they load it up and off to the auction it goes.
Here in CA he'll have to pay 8% tax, doc fees, & registration fees. The tax being the lion's share.
Still.... I don't see that as such a great deal, with the '16s around the corner. I hesitate to call it a good deal...
