Default Custom Dynamics Ringz??

Ok so I bought a pair for the front, forgot about having to change the lenses. What looks best and what lets the lights work the best, smoked or clear lenses? Pics would be awesome. Also do I need to buy a load equalizer?
Thanks

I have them on my '14 Limited and they are awesome. I'm using the smoke lenses and they still appear super bright.

No external load equalizer is necessary.

Assuming they're for the bike in your sig pic, yes you will need an equalizer. I have the clear lenses on my RG, wife has smoked on her FatBoy lo (we both have CD front and rear). Her bike is pretty much blacked out anyway so it looks great with smoked, mine is all chrome so the clear really worked well for me. I thought the smoked might diminish hers somewhat, but they are so bright it really doesn't make a noticeable difference IMO.

Now that Waloupis mentioned it, if you're only going with fronts you may get away without the equalizer. Try it and see if you throw codes or get the fast flash on your dash.

if you are just putting them on the front, no load equalizer needed. if you later decide to change the rear to led, then you'll need to add an equalizer. i have smoked lenses with mine and they are plenty bright enough.

i don't have a pic with them illuminated, but here's what i've got

And if I wanted to just put the CD rear turn signals on and not the front....would a load equalizer be needed? And are the Custom Dynamic lens' covers only to be used or will the HD covers work?

Clear lenses might work a scosh better... but the smoke work fine, super bright, and look way better.

The HD covers will work, but I prefer the smoked ones. Now if I could only get mirror lights that match the Rings. At least they are almost the same as the SoCalMoto HID headlamp unit.

Thanks for the clarification. Yeah, I'm only running the front ringz, so no equalizer. But at least now I know (if anyone else asks) one is needed for the rear.
