Class action lawsuit.
Running version 1.90.0 presently. No problems with Bluetooth once the entire software package is loaded and running . . . which doesn't happen all at the same time or very rapidly. Typically my iPhone is on my hip or with an iPad in the Tour Pack. They both work well on Bluetooth . . . once it's all up and running.
My issues are mostly with the GPS. Now and again the map will show turning right but the text says to turn left (and vice versa) . . . Go Figure . . . Usually (but not always) the map is correct. I also have experienced that the "Find a Harley Dealer" function is inaccurate . . . and the Dealer knows this . . . so one would assume that the dealer would let Harley know about it. Ex: Beartooth Harley Davidson at the northern entrance to Yellowstone National Park . . . off by about a quarter mile and on the wrong side of the street . . . Duh! So I called them and I said, " where are you guys" and they said "you must be using your Harley GPS, because they all have that problem."

I had one issue with my GPS and it occurred on a really cold winter morning. Started the bike and the unit would not power up. I got to the office and made a service appointment. Left the office and it worked just fine. Other than that one incident in the past 18 months the GPS has worked without issue.
Besides the "First world" comment,,(aint you glad we have that problem? Even with Obama?) and the one above me,,
All good points, I don't think there are enough having YOUR share of issues to cause a class action lawsuit,, unless we name the "Glare" problem in it,, but I believe most of us knew it was an issue before we bought our Road Glides,, we wanted a Shark Nose more than to see the radio screen 100% of the time!
Blue Tooth,, um, you realize that is a radio signal,, correct? It deteriorates going THROUGH objects,, (IF it even can) and there is nothing around you on the highway for it to bounce off off. You are between it and the radio when it's in your tour pack,,,, Just a thought on that problem. Unless you are only 5' tall and 90 lbs,, maybe then it's not an issue after all.
The other issues,, I'd simply use my other technology I love so much. (I Phone camera) and record the time of every issue the nav locks up,, document, document, document. GO to your best dealer, and if they say the MOCO won't let them fix it. CALL MOCO... the dealer is not your problem if they are speaking the truth and MOCO won't let them, ie... reimburse them for the repair/ replacement.

You have a warranty use it
A large cup of water with the radio powered on could potentially solve your problem
After all bikes can be ridden in the rain
Just make certain it actually rains first

No problems here, except for what would be my human error or minor software glitches, which are easily explained, remedied, or worked around. Being from a very high tech environment I realize that NO software is ever perfect. Beta testing thoroughly helps, but there are millions of variables that cannot be tested until encountered in the real world.
Good luck with the suit.....

I just bought a 2015 cvo road glide ultra. The Navigation locks up constantly, the Bluetooth doesn't work half the time, and the Harley Davidson dealership POI function does not know where 90% of the dealerships actually are. I take it to a couple of dealers, they tell me there is nothing they can do, just call the number in the back of my owners manual and complain to them. They also tell me it is a very common problem. I would like to see how many on here, would join in on a lawsuit against Harley? I paid for a bike that functions, not to fight problems on a bike less than a month old.
is it really 50% of the time on Bluetooth failures or do you have a failure of this function every time you ride for a few minutes? 90% is a real # i am surprised when you say that i have not found that 90% of the dealers are wrong on my GPS.
maybe your just blowing smoke and that 's alright too but if your serious line things up ,document it and move forward.
