You should do the master reset first on a problem system to flush out everything stored in memory that could corrupt the install. you can do it again and reinstall 1.19.1, might save the headache of taking it back. Mike

You'll have a hard time proving the Nav "does not know where 90% of the dealerships actually are." You'd need to do that in a lawsuit.

I would like to see how many on here, would join in on a lawsuit against Harley? I paid for a bike that functions, not to fight problems on a bike less than a month old.
I have had good luck with my boom box and GPS. Just returned from a 2500 mile ride. Found dealers withouf issue including one in B.C. Canada. Most of my problems are a result of the operator..me. The new Rushmores are great bikes. Perfect? No, very good? Yes

I might suggest you ask to speak with the factory service rep. I have done that in the past and it really helped. As others have said, Harley does care....no offense, hopefully you don't simply have buyers remorse.

The 14 I rented locked up once, I shut off the bike and reset it. All good. My 15 really has worked good and I can't say I have any issues.

I think I'll buy a house next to a pig farm then sue when it stinks who's in ?
Unles you were one of the first five buyers of a Rushmore it was pretty easy to figure out the info system sucks at times.i knew that when I bought mine. It still has more feature than the info system on my old Road King pic a dealer and just keep taking it back sooner or later it will probably get better. Mine works fine, I turn it on and my iPod plays. I don't ride a motorcycle to stare at a screen. I carry a map which I hardly ever use because before I go on a trip I look at it. If I'm out riding back roads and get lost I pull over and switch to map just to see where I'm at then look at my map. It's an adventure.... Or you can wait for the harley simulator to come out . You know, the one where you never really leave home but are all wired up to electronic digital gizmos and the ride goes perfectly in your head .

Even without a lemon law in your state you have some protection, the Magnuson Moss warranty act. Keep all your work orders, build a history, write down every time you call and get a name. Be nice, but firm.

On a side note, I almost pulled the trigger on a new bike. The .9% interest was looking good. A few guys I ride with also have had many problems with the system and that, and the fact I like bike bike, stopped me.

I understand your frustration. When you spend that much on something, you want it to work correctly or be fixed.
