Default Diag code help .. voltage regulator maybe?

I am in the process of upgrading the audio system in my 2013 Ultra Classic. I removed the under the tourpak amp as I am no longer going to use it. I also unplugged the connectors to the passenger PTT and VOL controls at the rear speaker pods. I am upgradding to 6.5" speakers and changing the pods.

After I did this, the bike won't start and when it did it ran in creep mode.

When I try to start the bike now, with the ignition and the kill switch to run the volt meter reads 0 volts and there is no oil pressure. It reuses to start

The bike was running fine prior to removing the amp and passenger controls.

Does this sound like a voltage regulator problem?

Here are the codes I am getting.

P0562 - Low battery voltage
P1511 - EFI Power Management Mode
P1003 - System relay Contacts Open EFI
P2107 - EFI module processor internal fault
B1006 - Accessory Line Overvoltage Instruments
B1007 - Ignition Line Overvoltage Instruments
C0562 - Device voltage low

I have checked all of the connections leading to the tour pak and they appear to be correct. I also tried plugging the amp back in as well as the passenger controls but still no joy.

I have a service appointment next week to have it looked at but hoping it's something I cna fix myself. Any advice or suggestions are much appreciated.
