Drop the swingarm, replace the cleve bushings with bearings from (sta bo ) and you will notice a world of difference

I did this to my 04 bike and it now handles like its on rails
A brace like tru track just masks these worn bushings
this!

I think I have changed all that can be changed to stop the wobble and with each thing I have changed it has gone away for a little while then come back, I had two front tires go bad the last two years, one on new install the next one the next season.
And for sure with miles the head bearings need snugged up. There are so many things to check and change, front mount, rear swingarm bushings, air pressure, tires, shocks, forks, head bearing, bagger brace, and top trees, especially with a lot of miles. I hope you find it soon it really sucks when its bad, I almost gave up when it was the new front tire!
As far as the 09 comment I had a few freinds total theirs from a wobble they couldn't explain on their stock bike with friends following watching it happen.

Just a correction about cleve blocks, they were replaced by the MoCo around 2002, so your bike doesn't have them. The metal swingarm bushings in your bike may well be worn however.

There is no reason why a 100k miles bike should handle badly, it just needs everything plus the moon and stars to be 'just so'! Tyre condition and pressures, steering bearings, engine rubber mounts, alignment, swingarm, etc are all on the list that's been mentioned. Are you using aftermarket tyres?
