I performed the real test on the super shox yesterday. Set them at 4 and took the little lady for a ride. I tried to hit every bump I could find and she used to cringe every time she saw one coming up, now she said she finally learned to relax because the shock was taking all of the impact and not her back. I'm very pleased with them and I didn't even have to play around with the settings, I just put them where the chart said to and they worked like a charm. I'm going to be keeping mine. I can also notice that my feet are more planted on the ground with the almost 1/2 inch lower position that these shocks provide. I have to say I was not sure if they would work as well as everyone has said, but I'm a believer now. I haven't tried any other brands so I'm saying they don't work either, but for me these are going to be staying on. Can't wait to go on a really long ride now.

I'm happy they worked out for you. Yes, it's nice they sit at 11 1/2". Everyone has a different opinion of what smooth is and it all depends what you had previous.
For me they were way stiffer than my 13" stock air shocks so I couldn't see making the investment and sent them back.
I noticed you have a SG now I can see how the Super Shox would be an improvement. If you compared them to 13" air you too would notice how stiff the Super Shox ride and believe me the air shocks are no gem either.
