Hi every body I have just joined the group and I am looking for advice
The last CVO I owned was a 2011 ultra which did 31.500 miles in 14 months of ownership with no problems at all
I am now thinking of buying 2011 road glide CVO it has only 1100 miles on it and in mint condition the current owner tells me it has full stage 1 fitted with monster ovals the bike has not been used for 2 years is there any thing I need to look out for
Thanks
Jack
Hello old chap and welcome to HDF. There's not much one can say, to be frank! It may not even have had the 1,000 mile dealer service, which is normal. With such a low mileage service history isn't going to tell you much! It will have an owners manual and two sets of keys with security fobs, so make a point of asking for them. Also ask for service receipt(s) for the dealer mods.
If you like what you see and buy it I personally would have it serviced and all fluids changed, to give it a fresh lease of life. Also remember to run it in, as if it is brand new - which it is! It would be interesting to discover why the owner hasn't used it.
