Default Which speakers???

I have been following the posts with the question of the hogtunes and the J&M speakers very close. I have money in hand and I am ready to buy. I just located J&M fronts for 99.95 and rears for 89.95 with shipping around 22.00. Or about $10.00 more than the hogtunes. I have heard nothing but good things about Hogtunes and especially Pez. I did not know that the J&M's were available. Two good choices for replacement speakers. Like I saw on an earlier post, having to spend $200.00+ dollars to make a $1000.00 dollar stereo sound better.

From what I have heard almost everyone that has installed the hogtunes has been very happy. I just have not heard much feedback regarding The J&M in the Newer HK stereos..

In all honesty, I really believe you'd be happy with either. J&M looks to have really nice quality setups, Hogtunes do too. Personally, I have the Hogtunes and have no gripes at all with them. Hogtunes (Pez's) customer service is second to none....I don't have any experience with J&M or their distributors so I can't make a comparison there.

Edit: I did happen to make my purchase while Hogtunes was running a forum discount.

you may want to consider going to Circuit City/Best Buy/Etc. and listening to to car speakers make sure they are made of polypropalene--they work and you will save $$$$

IMHO they have a much better sound than one of the brands you mentioned in your post.

Spent $35 on a set of Pioneers from Walmart. Sound great and I can crank it up over the wind noise just fine. You don't need $100 speakers off the web when you can find the same speakers at Best Buy for a cheaper price.

I have HogTunes front and rear. They work for me.

However, given the infinite diversity of the universe, there are probably others available that may perform comparably.
