Yeah .... Y'all were right.... it was my radio antenna I was talkin about that wasn't grounded right.
No clue what was wrong with MY CB. The Coil in the TourPak is mounted on a bracket which is bolted to the bottom plate. I know it was grounded.
I tried to swap antennas and everything ... nothing seemed to work .
Ended up with putting it in the shop .... they "fixed" my CB. Dunno what they did as there were no notes on the work-order. I see it is still running version 8.19 so who knows. I had told 'em if they can't get it working with v8.19 to re-flash it back to original (v8.11).
Picked it up this morning .... all works well on it and was all covered under warrenty.
