I am getting over 100 posts in my e-mail every day. What have I checked or I need to uncheck. I only want to read and reply to messages on this site. Not have my personal e-mail full of them.

Yeah. There is something in there about notify me of new posts via e-mail. un-check that box.

You subscribed to the forums under your user profile. Just uncheck them and you will be good.

I went into your profile and removed all the subscriptions except for the do it your self for, If you want to delete that yourself, click on My Subscription at the top of any page and you can select or unselect any forum or section.
