Yeah they call them "Uno Floaters" ...they are entry level (lowest) floating rotors. When i first heard about those "Uno Floaters" back in 2008, i went out and bought a whole S-load, thinking they were the next "big thing"...gonna make a killin'. Well I still have an S-load.

My understanding is that button is a dampener. It doesn't really allow any side movement, therefore I wouldn't consider it floating or even semi-floating.
