Stock pushrods are free and I've found easier. Adjustable' s were a pita to set up. Just my experience. No biggie pulling your rocker boxes plus you get to refresh your breathers, enlarge the oil drain holes and install rocker lockers at the same time. Six of one, half a dozen of the other....personal choice

I'm putting in S&S 551 Easy Start cams in mine a re-using my stock pushrods because it's cheaper. I want to open up my drain holes and change/update my breathers anyway. I could be wrong but any hp or torque left behind would be minimal. If I'm wrong its an easy switch to adjustable pushrods later. Just my .02.

The base circle of the cams are the same so you can re-use the stockers but as Joe mentioned there are other additional reasons for changing them out.

The 1.725's will effectively create another .030" lift, and 2-3 degrees more duration.
We keep those on deck here in our inventory to use as we need.
