I have an 07 Street Glide, the original stereo worked great for the first three years then the sound started just going away. At first you could turn the radio off for awhile then back on and everything was fine, but it got progressively worse then the sound just stopped working period. I then replaced the factory radio with factory remanufactured one and it worked great for awhile then started the same thing. When this happened I bought a working factory radio out of an 07 Street Glide and it worked fine for awhile and then started the same thing. Has anybody out there had similar problems, if so how did you fix and does anybody have any decent suggestion otherwise.
Did HD have the Harmon Kardon CD stereo in 07?
If so, I just saw two separate people trying to sell their old ones!
Pretty good prices too!
They're easy enough to replace. Not worth getting HD involved though. They'll just send it to Iron Cross audio for repair or replacement and you can do that yourself.
Good luck!

I need a New factory radio for my 07 glide if anyone has any information on it PM me I'd be interested
I replaced my HK for an after market Kenwood HU. It's the better way to go IMHO. You can go to the audio section on this forum and there's plenty of audio gurus that can point you in the right direction...
Save yourself some hassle and send it into Iron Cross for repair. My damage was due to vibration which damaged the circuit board and the stock riser bolts hitting the bottom of the radio. All is good now.
