No Power

So, on my 2006 Ultra I have power at the AUX switch position but no power (as in dead) at the RUN switch position. Any ideas?

Have you checked your fuses?

Check the kill switch.

if you have added extra high wattage lighting, you may have burned out the contacts in the switch.

in which case you need to replace the switch.

you can try wiggling the switch to see if contact is made...if so that you know it is switch and not wiring
