Navsync_nonavcontent error HELP!!!!!!

A couple of things:
The first picture shows the properties of the 14Q2 "Replacement" image. I think that you will ultimately need the "12Q2 Restore image".
The second picture shows the properties of the nng folder.
There should also be an swdl.iso file
Both the uncompressed swdl.iso file and the nng folder need to be at the root of your USB drive for this to work.
If you copied the compressed file to your USB drive you need to expand the .zip file by double clicking it. Then select both of the files, the swdl.iso and the nng folder, and drag them to the root of the USB drive.
You would then wind up with something like pictured in the attached image.

Thank you for all your help, it finally worked everything you said was correct but an engineer with Harley told me to wait till NAV boots up to put USB in and that did the trick.
