Back in September, I purchased a set of shocks from Super Shox for my street glide. I ordered the HD springs because of my weight.
I mentioned to Brian that I was planning to lose the weight and he told me that they could swap out the springs when necessary.
Spring forward to Monday, I called Super Shox and told them I was ready to do the spring swap, lost 95 lbs and the hd springs were too stiff.
Now this is where it gets weird.
The actually told me to ship back my shocks and they were going to ship me a brand new set of shocks at no cost.
Didn't ask for credit card or even proof that I shipped back my shocks.
Now, this is where it got even more weird....
I called this afternoon to verify that they did receive my shocks and was told that the did receive them and that the replacement shocks were on UPS truck for delivery.
20 minutes later they are installed on my bike.
It is comforting to know that this type of superior customer service is available from Super Shox and with a product made in the USA.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. First rate in my book.!!
I have had JRI, Progressive, and the crappy stock shocks and without a doubt Super Shox is the best shocks I have ever used.
I have no affiliation with Super Shox, just a completely satisfied customer for life..
Congratulations on the weight loss keeping it off is the next challenge. Good to hear a positive review of a company also. They really went above and beyond on this one. That's awesome on there part.
