You can get under there perfectly. And, there's even a nifty oil pan that makes draining your fluids easy.

Yes as the above poster mentioned get the oil drain pan as well. It attaches to the jack and funnels all three holes into the same oil drain container at the same time.

I also use the oil pan with my J&S jack. It catches fluids from all 3 holes and funnels them into a standard oil pan I sat on the lower rails. I wasn't sure it would work until I bought one. Like the jack, the oil pan is top notch.

K&L makes a excellent jack as well and for a bit less than the J&S. The companion Shop Dolly is also trick. I always seem to have at least one bike torn apart in the shop. With the dolly I can just jack it up drop it on the dolly and roll it out of my way

I love my J&S. It's as good as advertised. No need to strap the bike down. It's not going anywhere. Even if you sit on the bike while on the jack (not necessarily recommended) but it's not going anywhere. It also goes up very high so, I can sit on a rolling stool and clean the wheels really easily.

CRAIGSLIST...CRAIGLIST...definitely look towards either the Pitbull or J&S...both incredible jacks!!! Way safer than any of the smaller Sears, Harbor Frieght, etc. Like so many have said why spend the big bucks on a bike only to take a 'chance' of having an expensive accident due to lack of stability holding a 800-900 pound bike. Take some time and keep checking Craigslist and one will eventually come up for a good price. Bought my used Pitbull for $100 and a 150 mile round trip to pick it up....been working great for the last 5 years.

I liked my Craftsman yellow jack until I saw the J&S video and the guy was sitting on the front fender lol. Too bad that thing is so much money. Oh well I have accomplished every task I need to on several bikes now with the Craftsman so it works. Will put my 400 bucks to mods and gas instead unless the Craftsman breaks.

Wish we could get the J&S up here in Canada. Bought one of the cheap china jacks a few weeks ago. They are all the same whether its an OTC Sears HF. The welding is f***ing horrible. Its scary jacking it up and when lowering it the bike almost free falls. Im pretty apprehensive to use it. I may take it to work and build one now that I have one I can compare to.

This is CRAZY.....after making my original post I went to Craigslist and POW!!!! there was a brand new J&S with oil pan for $200....couldn't pass it up so took the drive and bought it. Already having a Pitbull which is a fantastic jack, but the J&S has a smaller footprint but most of all their design allows for the bike to be moved over small imperfections in the garage floor whereas the Pitbull's design does not allow for enough clearance over these slight imperfections and the jack gets stuck and will not move. Pitbulls design puts the lift brackets on center rails that have a slight give to them with a 800 lb load which eliminates the necessary clearance, whereas the J&S design does not have this problem. Again, BOTH are fantastic lifts and you won't regret buying either. Anyone in the Orlando area in need of a great lift the Pitbull is now for sale.
