Where do I find a guide as to what needs to be done at the different mileage intervals? Got a Clymer but not listed in it. Have a 2001 Road King Police.
If I followed the religiously I'd have had my 35000, 40000 and 45000 done. Seeing as how I'm creeping up on 50000 I thought I'd take a look at some of the stuff.

If the Clymer doesn't even have the service schedule what else is missing? As someone else stated buy the HD Service Manual and if you're going to do your own trouble shooting the Electrical Diagnostic Manual is well worth the cost.

yes. Manufacturer service intervals for automobiles and motorcycles are usually pretty conservative and it's pretty good practice to stick to them. Now, the ones posted on the dealer walls with all the additional stuff that they change, well just compare them to the ones in the manual.
