Electra Glide to Road King Conversion

As my Sig line suggests, mine got totaled by an errant DOT pickup, I settled for $10,250 for my '00 FLTRSEI (with 142,000 on the clock,) less $2000 to keep the salvage. (See Avatar / Sig pic for before and after.)
Did the front end with new forks, EBay Road King headlight, saddlebags and windshield, Craigs list front fender, Dakota Digital speedo (where the fork lock used to be,) and a few assorted odds and ends. I used the existing wiring harness.
With my $2000 buy back I've got about $4500 in this one (but it sure as hell doesn't look as good as your ride!) On the up side, she's reliable as can be and just passed 160,000 total miles.)
