My job is very slow this time of year and I get bored, damn near called Howard for a quote on a set of 3-4's, I know my wife won't kill me she understands and knows what a good suspension setup can do, but I know she won't be happy if I drop a grand on shocks.
It sure is a hell of a lot of coin to drop on 2 motorcycle shocks but after installing them I was kicking myself for not making them one of my first purchases. Night and day difference compared to stock and well worth it. If you're bored at work, keep an eye on the classifieds, there have been a few sets of ohlins for sale from time to time
Hahaha! I've already emailed Howard, I'm just trying to decide which ones to order for my SG...anyone have suggestions for a solo rider, around 235#, mostly highway with about 25% back roads? So damn many choices...
Howard is a great guy and he does a great service to the HD community. I would never buy from anybody other than him. He's a standup trustworthy guy, and a real character too!
