Default 2013 Compensator replaced

I replaced my 2013 FLTRU compensator at 41000 miles with the Screaming Eagle updated version . Everything went smoothly. I also replaced my auto chain adjuster while in there. No more big clucks on shutdown or startup but I did notice some twitchiness if I'm letting clutch out slowly as to maneuver around in garage or other obstacles. NOT sure if this is normal or if I possibly could have made an error in doing job.

At about 40K miles I replaced my comp with a Baker. As I just mentioned in another comp related post I discovered my primary bearings, both inner and outer, were toast and needed replacement. Did you examine those bearings?

I thought the 2013s came w/ the SE comp stock from the factory, I could be wrong if there is another generation of them after the one already in the bike.

I believe the latest comp with the splash plate came out in late 14. I put one in my 2010 in mid 15 and it came with the glue in plate that is now cast into the outer primary.

ah, the glue in piece 'upgrade' sounds more like a band-aid to me versus a solution, thats why I was leaning at Baker when I do pull the trigger.

My stock compensator lasted 97,000 miles, and it wasn't a screamin eagle version either.

The purpose of it is to get more oil splashing over it to reduce wear. I haven't seen very many issues with the new one since it came out on the Rushmore bikes.
