Well let's see, I got my first in 62', and recently told my better half that when they put me in the ground, I'm going to look like a sunday funnies page out of the paper. So, I guess you can say I like them...................
I have a few, 4 actually. This was the latest, I have 2 more planned for this year. This is a Celtic cross, protected by a dragon. The dragon is holding a sword for my Mom and Dad as a symbol of them both winning their battle over cancer. Mom had breast cancer 15 years ago, Dad had prostate 6 years ago.
I like them but only have one. It's the only thing in the world that means enough to me to get permanently etched into my skin. It's my family coat of arms on my inner right forearm.
I have two which one I found which is the Grim Reaper on my shoulder and the other my wife drew up and it covers most of my upper arm and go's around the Reaper. It's fire and skulls and a grave. Certain things about it have some meaning the rest was to cover up a few scars I have.
I have one on my right arm. I got it almost a year ago. Wife and I were expecting our second child and I was really stressed out about how we would balance all the things in life. 2 kids, work, riding, etc. The tattoo remonds me that life balances itself out. While it's not an original, the meaning and look fit exactly what I needed.
