Throttle grip sensor hook up

I'm getting codes for the TGS 2127,2138. In searching for problems I've disconnected the tbw harness. When I go to put it back I have a small plug that wasn't connected.its the small black plug with a white and a black wire coming off of the side of the tbw extension cable. Where does this go?

What bike is that on? I thought in '96 was still a throttle cable.

Sounds like the built in heated grip wires. Usually not hooked up on a SG etc.
