Read as much as I could on these. (Legend AXEO). Can't find a bad review or experience on these anywhere a lot like the Ohlins. Found one post on the web were a guy was upset on how the box got there bought from a third party. Performance wise nothing but good responses. Thing I like the most is life time warranty. Ohlins and Progressive need to be rebuilt at certain intervals. 12 to 15K miles suggested. Adjusting for the weight is nice also. Found some for 700.00 with free shipping. This maybe my choice. Will most likely do the work myself. Have the off season to get it right. It's funny Progressive has the most negative reviews. Might be because the most people buy them because of the price point. And most people only say something when they are pissed or fired up. Thanks for all the responses. Will post when I can ride on the good or bad.
I recently installed the lowered version on my '16 SGS with a 21" front wheel and it is a world of difference. Only comparison I have is stock, progressive drop in springs, and racetech with gold emulators over the years. The Legend AXEOs have to one of the best ones I used. The price you found is very good, check around you just might beat it.

Can't find it that cheap now? But in most cases during the off season prices seem to drop. If I find it for 7 or less I will by it. I found 699,99. Hope I can get it a little cheaper!

Try Iron Aces ... last I heard they were letting them go for $675!

I like the cartridges on a race bike. But on a touring ride that will see 20k+ a year, I like the gold valve emulators. The cartridges will require a rebuild. The emulators can be 'rebuilt' with a fluid change, probably every 18-24 months.

Well I would put myself in the light weight category. I get 5 to 6K a year. Can't take bike to work and my season runs from April/May to Nov/Dec. In most years. When the salt hits the road the bike hits the garage. Also the AXEO cartridges have a lifetime warranty. Have read a few people who have sent them in and the experience was a good one. Thanks

You life is less troublesome than mine. Sometimes in NC I have to choose between a lovely Sunday ride in 60 degrees and sunshine or to watch the Packers game.
