15' Tank emblem pulled away from base. Caught the corner on my drying towel, emblem peeled off of base, recommendations on how to reattach emblem to the rubber piece on the tank?
Wal Mart Automotive section, trim adhesive
Caution, very "runny", apply adhesive to a Qtip, then rub the Qtip on the back of the emblem.
Or carefully apply to the back of the emblem from the tube. Spread w/ Qtip.

I haven't done it with a tank emblem, but I have used double-sided tape on many other emblems. Remove yours, clean off all the other yuk from both tank and emblem, then make a fresh start with new tape.
