I just did and another member on the site here in nj also just did.. personally I never buy a first year anything so even though they offered me a 17 FLHX for 18897 plus tax and tags I opted for the 16 FLHXS and got it for $19k plus tax tags..

have the 103 on my switchback and it has more than enough power for me and comes with the same warranty as a 17.. actually a little better warranty as they extend it for the winter months and the 2 year expires on April first 2019

Having worked on them, it is a lot easier to perform work as the outer fairing can be removed with great ease and the inner can be easily rotated. Others with rider experience can chime in on the mail slot benefits and the acclaimed infotainment system.

There are some advantages to riding with the vent open, with the proper height windshield air management is better.

The down side can be bugs that fly, like the time I was on I-5 and ran into a swarm of Bee's.
I was riding with a 3/4 helmet, Vent open, and got hit in the face by a few Bee's that came through the vent.
One of them got pissed off passing through the Vent, so it stung me in the right temple. Close the Vent in the
rain, and bugs that fly.

Well then why did my 2016 Rushmore RGU have radiators in the lowers? The Rushmore RGU and the Ultra Limited sure are Wet heads.
