try the clamps at 32 ft lbs- the torca clamps harley uses are considered 1 use only, as they deform.
the torque spec is more like 36 but if you can get a seal at a lower torque spec, they won;t deform as much and can be reused a few times
for the 4 rear mounting bolts, about 16~20 ft pounds.
