Performance Machine Great Customer Service
I bought a Roland Sands air cleaner a few years ago. Over time the rubber vent tubes got damaged. Upon contacting them I found out that the parts are made and warrantied via Performance Machine (who I know make quality stuff). I contacted their support desk and chatted with a tech. In the end he knew what I wanted and said " Not worth writing and invoice for these two items. I will just send you two in the mail. Free !" Now I was impressed but seeing is believing so I waited for them to arrive. One week later, to Canada in my mail were the two parts I needed. That my friends is customer service !!! And a good turn deserves just as much space on our site as a bad company. So thanks again Performance Machine. You guys ROCK !
