getting prices for dunlap ellites i see the on some web sights for around 360.00 and i have called a few places like local shops and there was a harley dealer that had them they wanted 599 out the door and my local shop wanted 520.00 big differences in price
I got my first American elite last summer. It was the rear tire. I was just looking at it the other day and was amazed that I now have between 11-12k on the rear tire and it still looks great.
I don't ride real aggressively, but I have noticed zero issues with this tire so far. It was about $20 more than the Michelin 2 that I was getting ready to buy. ($140 something I think)
I just ordered a front tire to match. So far these are my favorite tires for a touring bike.
