Thumbs up No oil topup between changes needed!

I can't believe it! I had my last oil change at 24,000 KM, and since then I have done a further 7,600 Km bringing me up to 31,600 KM and I haven't needed to top up the oil. I'm tracking to go to the next oil change without needing to top up the oil at all! It has barely dropped down from the full mark in all those kilometers. I love how oil tight this bike is! Here's to many more oil tight kilometers... This one's a keeper!

I usually find when I boast about something all hell breaks loose.

Mine is the same, oil tight.
That happens when you do a proper break-in to seat the rings.

That's right - I was really **** with the break in. Followed the handbook procedure exactly - especially regarding rev limits, and I only accelerated slowly ie didn't twist the throttle quickly (babied it - without lugging) by doing it in city riding. The city riding ensured I varied the revs like it says to in the handbook due to the stop - start nature of the traffic. Its paying dividends now...
