cool! If you don’t mind, please, keep me posted. I’m pretty much set on fatbaggers bars since they are 2-piece design and have smooth curves inside for easy wire routing. Just don’t know if I need to order their line extension kit, it costs twice as much as the bars.

thanks!
You don't need cables if you stay at 14 inches or shorter. You already know you need wire extensions, but the guy you're quoting is confused, because your stock brake and clutch cable will be fine.

Good to know, thanks a lot, man! I guess Mr. Ursadorable just wanted to share his experience with wire routing which I know will be PITA, but 2-piece bar design from Fatbaggers looks like it may make the job easier. My current plan is to get the bars, wire extensions and re-route the stock lines.

You likely wont even need to reroute the lines, probably just unclip them from the organizer clip on the neck to give you a bit of slack. But Factory47 put out a video on youtube showing how they rerouted stock lines on a Road Glide to fit up to 16 inch bars, but that's overkill for your situation.

It's called twisted cherry. I tried to get same color, but my dealer couldn't get me one so I went with my second choice of midnight blue

Swapped out the FXR fairing for a Memphis Shades Road Warrior for the summer. Now it’s like a big T-Sport. The versatility of the Road King rules.
