I did 12s and they still wowed my lower back. Didnt want to raise the rear end, just my preference.
in regards to cams if you do full stage 2 with open exhaust thats gonna shift torque/power curves towards mid range RPMs, so in reality there will be low end torque loss. And I agree that the performance difference between quality cams is negligible, its all about how good the dyno was performed and how picky was the tech tuning up AFR values.
Oh yeah, any Legend Revo-A is miles ahead of stock suspension. 13" will just give you more suspension travel, and better lean angles. Besides, there's about an inch of sag (while there's virtually no sag on the stock suspension), so with 13" you'll end up about the same height as stock when you're sitting on it. With 12" the bike will stand parked at the same height as stock, and ride about an inch lower than stock when you're on it.
Thanks Bloody! My g/f rides w/me often, so I'll be grabbing the REVO A 13" rears. And I'm looking more for low end than upper RPM performance, so my original thought of the Red Shift 468 sounds perfect for me. Still get a good loping idle too.
Thanks again mate!

Thanks again man!
Better lean angles...I like it! I already have great improvement over my 2015 King. It always scraped. But my midnite blue '19 Special hasn't scraped yet. It's the 19" front wheel..I love it!

This this is my concern. I'm glad you addressed it. I had to have my seat custom lowered an inch so I could sit flat-footed. I was worried when I get new shocks that it will raise me back up because I'm on a Road King Special.

Ive scraped a heck out of mine when took a class with a local motor officer and trained low speed maneuvers...
good luck with your mods! Keep us posted on your progress and feedback.
I have exact same bike. Ain't they "da bomb"!? I think it's the best model Harley ever produced. The improvements are absolutely amazing. I am deeply in luv with mine, I'll own it a lifetime. If I were partial to fairings I'd probably have a different view, but I prefer the simple & classic in the wind motorcycle look. But have the 22" Frredom Shiled to throw on for highway/road trip times. It performs perfectly for my 6 foot 230lb frame. It's all we need to roll baby!
I I like that seat. Mean City Cycles? Also, are you planning on putting anything on the tank or leaving it naked? I've been going back and forth on whether or not to remove mine. And I have to ask, what kind of pipes are you running?
