[QUOTE=Thingfish;20277337]You should ride one. I think you'll like it better than the CVO.
I've ridden Street Glides with 107s and 114s and I do believe you are correct. I remember the 107 feeling about as strong as the 110 and that was in the heavier SG. I'd say the 114 is a bit stronger. I can also feel a difference in the suspension. The new emulsion shocks and bending valve forks aren't perfect but they are much better than the so-called "Premium Ride" shocks back in 2014.
Lately I've been longing for my 2014 CVO Road King. I'm thinking the RK Special is pretty similar. Local dealer has a couple in Snake Venom.

I traded in my 110SE Dyna for this RSK 114, and the M8 spanks the TC in every way, runs cooler, quieter, and much less vibration. The off the show room floor 114 makes more HP and TQ than the Screaming Eagle enhanced 110, the M8 also responds much better to upgrades. It's a much better motor all around in my opinion.

HD still calls them "premium" and they still crappy. I upgraded rear shocks with Legend Revo A's and it made a huge difference, at least for me. I was very skeptical, but I could feel the difference right after I put them on. Replacing front cartridges with Axeo's as well, waiting for the new handlebars so I can rebuild the whole front end same time
