How did you run the wires from your front signals? They don't look like they're exposed.
If you are asking me, I drilled holes in the nacalle and fairing mounts, ran the wires through and reattached the connectors inside the nacalle. Only needed a tiny little ~1/8" hole to run the wires. Looks really clean.

Happen to have any pics, or could you snap a couple?

Thanks for responding. If I understand correctly, after drilling the holes and running the wires, you would not be able to mount a removable windshield because the wires would now be in the path. Your fairing must be permanently mounted. Am I wrong? Thanks again.
So I'm looking for some advice... I just replaced the turn signals with LED bulbs and now see the indicators are hyper flashing . The signals themselves are cycling at the proper rate, it's just the dash indicators. I've tried the 4-way flasher trick several times.. Between 2 and 10 minutes at various times. Am I missing something? Or has anyone else even experienced this? I used the sylvania LED bulbs...
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer and I apologize if this has already been discussed here. I tried searching this thread for this specific topic and didn't come up with any results.

Thanks all!
If your indicators are flashing correctly, and it's just your dash light flashing fast. There is nothing you can do except get used to it.

Call Custom Dynamics customer care at (919) 554-0949(even if you didn't buy Custom Dynamics). There is a procedure for fixing this. i just can't remember it.

Not true! You just have to let the system recognize the load. I have LED's front and rear and all flash at the correct rate including the green indicators. They did flash fast until I did the load set.
To do the load set, turn ignition key on and turn on the emergency flashers, after about 10-15 seconds, the load will level out and all flash rates will be as should be. That worked on my 17 RKS, don't understand why it is not working on yours.
Thanks, LN Nation! I'll give that a shot. I know I've seen quite a few posts with a procedure for slightly older models... '15 and older. It involved turning the ignition on (don't start the bike), then activate the 4-way flashers for several minutes. Turn them off and, the try the turn signals. I'm hoping there's something different about the 17's that can still be fixed. But I'm afraid Skid Pimp might be right in that I'll just have to get used to it.

Maybe it's just the LED bulbs that I've chosen. Perhaps there's something different about the CD's that'll work. If that's true, I'm only out $40. Could be worse.
