I don't see it as a step backward, but more of a lateral move. the sportpipe performs very well, dynos within 1-2 hp of the full dx pipe. I seriously doubt that you will notice any difference in performance. your original tune file will probably be very close since you aren't changing mufflers. I think running a couple of smart tune runs will have you right on target.

Isn't that a bunch of BS! I had this same issue with Caterpillar years ago!
FWIW, I've talked to my dealer, big Fullsac dealer, they said that they have been have problems with the Fullsac pipes cracking lately too!
I don't think you'll have any issues with the tune and the new pipes!

I too was literally just about to purchase a fuel moto for my 16 SGS. I actually chose it over the others because of the lifetime warranty. I think I'll go elsewhere now though. Seems like a shady deal. That's like buying a car, it being a lemon and it being replaced. Then the new car gets a shorter warranty even though it's brand new. Seems sketchy imho.
