Check your shift shaft seal too chances are it's leaking and it's common. I just fixed both those leaks this weekend fun project.

Did you do both from the outside? (ie black RTV) I'm guessing not since you did the shift shaft as well.

I took outer & inner primary covers off. It was good time check the infamous compensator and surprisingly it looked good along with tensioner. Also checked inner primary bearing and replace that seal on inner cover. I got a '09 like you. Friend I know at local HD dealer said about all there trade in's have leaking shift shaft seals and it make service guys happy

. My stator just started acting up few weeks ago with leaking. I replaced stator too but have seen guys just remove it and seal it with RTV from inside. With doing that level of work I just replaced stator and called it day.
