Harley LED windshield trim question

Guys,

I came across this LED windshield trim from Harley and the description says that it fits 2014 and up models. So the question is has anyone been able to install it on a 2013 or older Tri Glide?

If it doesn't fit, is there an equivalent from Harley for 2013 and older models?

I know Custom Dynamics carries one but I wanted to know specifically about this one from Harley.

One of the challenges we owners of older bikes have is to prove that the latest fancy parts can be adapted, even if the MoCo tells us they won't fit! Plenty of us have retrofitted stuff successfully. Will that trim fit your bike? We need a volunteer to try it.......

Thanks. I did start here and that's where I found the link to the model I posted but you will notice that most accessories on the HD site are for 2014 and newer models. It doesn't show older accessories anymore, that's why I'm asking.

If you look at older fairing trims (they are on the H-D website) they look the same for your model year as the later ones. I suspect the only reason the lit one is not listed for your model year is that the wiring is not compatible, however I'm sure your bike's can be adapted. You can read the installation instructions on the website, if that helps you decide if it will work.
