So i upgraded to the SE variable pressure plate and SE HD spring. Long story short my clutch is extremely difficult to pull in... It was bad before with just the SE spring but now its kind of ridiculous. I need a cheap solution to this issue, could something be wrong? the bike made 115hp 120tq so i need something that will hold.
Unlikely that anything is wrong, which a Charles Atlas kit won't put right! Failing that there are various devices that can reduce lever effort, such as an AIM VPC, there are others.
I just replaced my clutch at 92000 miles and used a Barnett extra plate and a new spring, it grabs like crazy and it's really not that hard to pull with my Rheumatoid hand..
My old plates looked fine and I am pretty sure I could've gone with just a new spring and it would've been fine, I was upgrading from a 96" to a 103HO so I said what the hay.....
What does a variable pressure give me more than what I have now... Isn't it enough?

The SE VPC by itself will hold more power than your bike is producing. Having the SE spring along with that is redundant. The only thing you'll accomplish from this is a Popeye arm.
