I realize this an old thread. I recently purchased a PermaCAP from ebay.com.
With tax it was $15.57 shipped. Brand new in an unopened package. It fits the threads on the filler neck of my 2018 FLHSX perfectly. Since it's still winter in Wisconsin, I haven't had the opportunity to test it out on a ride, or at the pump. Hopefully that will happen shortly, and I'll provide a detailed review.
FWIW, at the time of this posting, the seller has sold 55, 9 are still available.
Thanks. I just grabbed one. 8 left. Makes it easier to fill up without getting off the bike. One less thing to fiddle with.

Maybe for elderly farts like me. Arthritis in hands. That cap is on kinda tight. Also. On my 2018 Ultra when I am putting gas in slow or fast it wants to spit back droplets of gas. On the tank, Not a problem on my 2007 Ultra. So Yeah. I might just purchase one or two to check it out .I will have to check my bank account first. . For all of you young bucks laughing at this. Just wait . Your day will come. If you live that long.
I don't see why not. I bought it for a 2019 ElectraGlide Standard. Worst case you're out $15.
I just bought one from ebay.com and I believe it will work well fer me!
I have played with adding more fuel into Harley ElectraGlide tanks and after burping, jiggling, and 5 minutes I could only add 3 tenths of a gallon. Just not worth my time.

I did not plan to retire from USMC. Or live this long. At 63, still doing well. Motorcycle lifts are looking better these days instead of just the jacks.
