I want to still be able to shove that last ounce in...I can get 1 mile out of it!
The wife's and my truck both have these from the factory, always thought they would be great on the bike
My Colorado and my SS Camaro don't have actual caps, but work on the same principle, and I too always thought it would be great on a bike. We'll see if it works....... stay tuned, film at 11.
Where did you buy it from? Every link for it says discontinued. Even searching permacap doesn't bring up the mfr or anything. Few on eBay but that's about it.

When traveling out west with my trailer, I would carry a 2 gallons gas can. East of the Mississippi I have not found 180 miles between fuel stations yet. Most of the pumps have too much flow, and take too much finesse to get another 3 tenths of a gallon in the tank. Not worth my time.

I got one from Amazon but I see they don't have any more of them.

That is what I meant, our Acadia and my new AT4 have that same setup you mention. The "quick fill" or whatever they call it, is what I was referring to.
Got it one my Acadia. WONT put one on my Ultra.
Cant squeeze that last few ounces in the tank with it.
I don't understand what the issue is. I have no problem with splash back while fueling.
Pump on full till it clicks/stops, squeeze the trigger real light while watching the fuel level till it reaches the lip, done!
DOH....put that gas cap back on!!

No real issue, just thought it might be cool not to have to watch it so closely. Somehow, mine make a massive splashback when fully squeezed, right after I wax the damn tank...every time!
