A little while ago a post was started asking whether or not you rode with a guardian bell. I did not. I saw that another member (oldfartjc) didn't have one either. I sent him a PM and we each bought the other a bell. I sent him his and he used same box to send me mine. Now two more members have guardian bells. Maybe some other members may want to do this.
Hye, I am game. I just traded in my 01 FLSTC for an 07 Ultra, and do not have a new bell for this bike. I have the old bell I took of the 01, but the clacker is missing.
I am game. I don't have run one but am up for anything that will protect me with these idiots on the road now adays. Send me a PM and I will give address and get yours as well.
i hope the bell you swapped with oldfartjc wasn't a used one off of your bike! they are locked to the VIN of your bike, and you have to take them down to the dealer to have a computer recalibration done. i you don't do this, it will cause overheating, noise in the transmission, running lean and void your warranty. plus if it didn't originally come from HD, it may not be EPA compliant and big brother will come hunting both of you down!

[sm=funnypostabove.gif] [sm=deal.gif][sm=deal.gif] The bells that btefft and I exchanged were brand new bells so there was no VIN number problem or warranty problems thank goodness, because I don't think these Guardian Bells can eliminate evil spirits coming from the Stealers or the MOCO.
I just put a new bell on my ride a couple hours ago (early Father's Day present from my daughter). I think some friggin' gremlin stole the first one [:@]
