I've decided to install a pizza box chopped tourpack on my bike, I have the quick release mounts for a back rest and a full size tourpack, now I want the smaller size, in height, there's lots of after market ones out there, I still want to carry a passenger, so I'll need a back rest, which brands and sizes work for those who have purchased one, regrets? advantages?
I just bought a HD 14 & up chopped tour pak to mount on my 13 SG, and I did get an aftermarket TP and the HD oem is a much better quality so I returned the aftermarket one back
I went with the razor PLUS on eBay...came with latches and seat pad. Powder coated the latches, painted at a local paint shop, reupholstered the pad, used roll on bedliner on the inside, and purchased the eglide goodies brace...all of this and still ended up spending way less than an OEM tourpac.

Did you have to purchase a support pan? and did you use an OEM bracket for the box?
