Just saw this : started in Flatbush as a kid, moved to gravesend when I was 23. Bought a house in middle village in 89. Going back between there and Bay Ridge the last 14 years.

I took off the heel shifter and then added a spacer to move the toe shifter out to the heel shifter location.
a few years back there was a guy on here who was machining the spacers. he quit doing it, but I got one of the last ones that he made (or sold anyway). I've kept that spacer each time that I've sold my bike.
