Looking REAL good I have the FXR style covers on the way from Souza Designs. Theyre only $200 shipped for primered covers in oem plastic style. Or go with the SSnF aluminum ones but theyre like $500 I think....
Im running Gregs side covers. Steves are nice but were a bit out of my price range.
[QUOTE=gartec81;18895544]needs shorty carbon fiber front fender, leatherpros saddlebags and an fxr style triangle shaped fuse cover to get this thing looking proper
You gotta get rid of that Dan Moto pipe. The welds on mine cracked at the collector on 2 different pipes. Basani is probably the best pipe out for power for the M8. They thrive off that pipe.
Yeah Ive heard horror stories with those pipes, but they are cheap.
You put it on without a tune I assume? How is it running?
Bike looks good...a shorty fender will really set it off. And ditch those fork reflectors! lol. chrome or black the forks will be mint.
Its a cheap exhaust no doubt, but its all good for now. If money did just appear, then it would be a trask assult pipe.
Deflectors gotta go and i need some leather pro bags asap.... and side covers.....and a carbon fender..... and...... a tbr stainless intake etc....and a sponsor...

What do you think of getting a 2014 street glide rear fender. Getting rid of the lower tribar skirt, getting rid of turn signals and no plate holder.
Then replace the tailight with a low profile smoked intergrated tail light
I think it'd look cool but its a lot of work. I have my fender apart right now for paint and you'd have to fill two holes for the blinker bar and another hole that the plate rests on. They'd be really visible otherwise.

I cut off my tribar and hardwired it in to get rid of the distribution box. It would be cool to just leave the rear fascia/mullet assembly off and fill the holes with custom dynamics Fillerz pro-beam light assemblies. They also make a light bar delete license plate that leaves the plate on the fender but covers the holes from the light bar.
