I had an 18 LRS which actually measured at 17.5in, with a hammock seat. The seat sits you up a little from stock and I was able to JUST see over the top of it, but my wife hated it. When she was riding, she claimed it caused alot of buffeting so were back on the stock shield for the time. Thought about going to the 20 recurve, but I think we may end up buying a Billboard instead.

I am on my 2nd LRS windSheild, and I love em. If the discount code is still good, as a previous post listed, grab itt. They do occasionally run hot sales, like 70% off, it 40% off with the current discount code is a great deal.

I am 5’10” - I have a RK that came with the stock 19-20” shield, which I had to look through and did not like, and I thought I really wanted/needed a 14”,but I really like the LRS, and I believe the shorted recurve they offer is a 16”, which like some others, I interpreted their website meaasurementa as 1/2” shorter than advertised, making the 61” actually 15-1/2”.

i ordered and received my new LRS 16” recurves windSheild for my RK 10 days ago, and I love it.
To the original poster - Call LRS and talk to them - their customer service if fantastic. Don’t forget to ask about their special Hog Wash cleaner - great product as well!

I'd get the seat first. Then you can measure with your OEM shield by placing a tape at where you want the height to be.

As already mentioned, LRS runs sales often, like most holidays.
